About Me

Hi there, I’m Ericka, a hair extension and beauty specialist. As a child, I was a competitive dancer and was obsessed with competition hair to the point where I started doing other dancers hair at competitions. When I was 18, I started cheerleading in the Canadian Football League and was always helping the other girls with their hair. At this point, I was also attending cosmetology school to fine tune my skills and turn my passion into a profession. Fast forward to 2017, I fell in love with hair extensions and decided to pursue this interest by attending the Toronto Hair Extension Academy to become a certified hair extension specialist. 

I’m always excited to learn about new trends in the industry. Most recently, I have added the Keratin Straightening Treatment to my list of services. I am also one of the only certified hair extension specialists in Ottawa to offer the Habit Extension Method developed by celebrity hair stylist, Chrissy Rasmussen (A.K.A. @hairby_chrissy).

My passion for making my clients feel confident and be the best version of themselves also plays into my daily life as a studio manager and coach at Orangetheory Fitness. I’m extremely passionate about helping my clients reach their goals, whether in the beauty or fitness industry. Let’s make your hair goals come to life!
